Bambina is the litter mate to Bingo from the last litter of our Bonnie, by Lucia’s Dream Shockproof, a Bailey son. We had decided to keep both before we knew that Bonnie had to leave us soon after. Now, we are especially grateful.
Bambína is really well developed bitch. She is very deep and low, with heavy bone and lots of substance. And she also carries this wonderful impressive and clean headpiece we are paying so much attention on.
After two successful appearances in puppy class, she also started her show career in August 2004. Initially, she looked very much like a puppy, so she had a slow start. But in November, she gained her first JuniorCC, and even beat her brother in the Best Junior competition. But eventually, she had limited success only as a junior, missing the Junior Champion title closely.
But this picture changed when she moved up to the adult classes. She gained her German Champion (KfT) and Austrian Champion titles pretty fast at almost the minimum age. And she was BOB twice and placed in the Ring of Honor both times. And in 2006, she won the Austrian Club Winner title.
2008, she completed the 2nd German Champion Title (VDH) and will now retire from the show ring.
In the meantime, she proved as a wonderful brood bitch, raising her puppies with lots of care - she even allowed them to suckle until 7 weeks of age. Her promising daughter Flicka stayed with us and started her career already. Her son Filipo went to the USA (with the stud owner) and starts his career there in 2008.
